How-to weight train for strenght rather then muscle endurance? - normal muscle percent chart
I have read in many websites to increase their muscle strength (weight of the payload must be) a 85-100 percent of maximum use of your repr 1 ... around 1-4 reps. Meaning for me, I suppose, but is that really true? Can I draw an additional 10 pounds of payload in a few weeks?
Even strength training them instead of the normal strength training on my body? Do I get a great physicist, bodybuilding preffered many of the guys you see in the Bowflex ads?
