How can I defrost Italian sausage in the microwave without ruining it? - defrosting sausages in the microwave

I have for dinner in an hour, but every time the meat is cooked in the microwave and destroyed it. Is there a way to thaw meat sausage without too much heat? How?

I think that is the best way, but in boiling water until they are cooked, cook, drain well and then brown it in a hot pan with some oil. This is the method I have most of the leaders of the application is considered.

unless you are an expert in the microwave do not work well for sausage or food. Try to thaw in a colander over a pan of boiling water, or just flat and freeze portions at hand for cooking.

Nuke the 30 percent of the energy in an interval of 30 seconds. Turn and rotate every 30 seconds after the separation as quickly as possible. You do not have 100% thawed before cooking, but manageable.

The best way to defrost sausages is to give them a source of hot tap water. In 15 minutes you can separate them and cook.

I always cook my meat, frozen meat, until it reaches the right consistency. Am I cook when I go to cook differently. It always works for me, so good luck!
