I am a photographer and I am more and more into photojournalism. I've heard about female genital mutilation, two years ago, and I decided that to make a photographic portraits of women that goes: A. I want to hear some of the reasons for it means cleaning and other things, but I want more to understand for me. Not that I think there is nothing to understand, I can not agree that it is the reasoning behind it must be, although I think it's wrong. I had to do the test in Africa, most likely in Kenya, but I will not be able to attend at least one year for lack of money. I research as possible in the meantime, however, so any help or advice would be appreciated.
